Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to plan your next night out. For details about a specific show, check its event page and official ticket listing.
How do I buy tickets?
Visit Upcoming Events and choose your show. Tap GET TICKETS or the event flyer to open the official ticket website. Tap READ MORE for event details.
What time does the event start?
Start times vary by event. Check your ticket and the event listing for doors, start and end times. Times are shown in the local time zone of the venue unless stated otherwise.
Is there an age requirement?
Age restrictions and ID requirements vary by event and venue. Check the official ticket listing before purchasing and bring the identification required for entry.
Where is the event located?
Check the event listing for the venue and address. For secret-location events, follow the instructions on your ticket and watch for location updates from the organizer or ticket provider.
What is your refund policy?
NO REFUNDS. ALL SALES FINAL. Refunds are only offered if an event is canceled or rescheduled, including disruptions caused by a pandemic, an emergency, or extraordinary circumstances—even an alien invasion. If this happens, ticket holders will receive instructions from the organizer or official ticket provider. Contact the ticket provider on your order confirmation for refund processing or ticket support. For partner festivals, check the official ticket listing for the policy that applies.
PLUR: our community guidelines
Peace, Love, Unity and Respect are at the heart of our rave community. Help us keep the dance floor welcoming for everyone.
Peace: Bring positive energy. Avoid conflict, and ask event staff for help if something feels unsafe.
Love: Be kind and look out for each other. If someone needs help, check in and alert staff or medical personnel.
Unity: Welcome newcomers and celebrate our differences. Harassment, discrimination and hate have no place in our community.
Respect: Ask for consent before touching, dancing closely with, or photographing someone. Respect personal space, boundaries, the venue, staff and fellow attendees.
Take care of yourself and your friends, dispose of trash properly, and follow venue rules. If you see something concerning, tell event staff. We all help create a safer, more welcoming experience.
